Two volunteers have already prepared a project plan. The next step will be to carry out structural tests of the existing buildings. This will establish how much of the original structure can be re-used and where new building can take place. Over the coming years the site will be transformed into a new centre for medically vulnerable deaf children as well as the elderly who suffer multiple limitations.
